I am now - was in a lot of pain after hysteroscopy on Thursday.

They said bloating etc is def down to hormones but still not sure of options yet. More scans next month.

Head soooo not in gear food wise but every day I keep thinking I'll be good today lol x

Not good wk - head so not on in. Feel fed up. Can't shift this weight and hate it but its my fault I'm eating stuff I shouldn't.
