Trying another fast day day using maxitone 1 shakes + 1 bar eaten in bits over the day

Tea with milk
Maxitone bar (215 cals = 11 syns)

1/4 danish (I took old lady I clean out for cpffee to cheer her up + she nearly cried when I said no so felt totally obliged but least only a 1/4 - 110 cals = 5.5 syns)

Yah a day off at home. This morning ive already made some homemade chicken stock to make chicken soup & some sw pastry (using potato flakes, egg + water) so can make some sort of pasty (not sure of what filling yet poss cheese, onion) - will add pic if they work
Im also going to make a chicken curry for tea tonight or tomoz.

Then clean house so body magic.

Huge salad with a piece of crispy smash pastry plus chicken + mushroom mix (chicken off carcass, mushrooms, onions, seasoning, quark + low philly (1/2 hex a)
With salad + el mayo (1.5 syns)

Frozen grapes, melted nutella (5 syns), meringue nest (2.5 syns)

Total 12 syns

Fasted fm midnight till 5pm then had some cashew nuts (hex b?????) Prob wouldn't hav had them but was toasting for veggie quiche for friends coming tomoz

7.30 - chicken + lentil curry (onions, garlic, chopped toms) rice + broc (superfree)

Ate bit cheese while making quiches for tomoz (1/2 hex a)

10.30 - well deserved vodka (2.5 syns) + slimline cranberry + ferrero Rocher (3.5 syns)

Total 6 syns

Joy of joy! At hosp today for another prostap injection. Not started on the livial hrt yet, I'm too nervous of all the side effects.
Prob phone call later to get madz fm school - she's not been well all wkend and while better colour this morning she had headache but hoping once there she'll be distracted. What's the bet, they ring just as I get to hospital half an hr away :-/

No surprises but didn't happen. Nothing till 2pm then oops haven't stopped eating. Ahhh need to get my head in gear + stick to sw cause fasting doesn't work for me so why try x

1pm - mini sw quiches (ham, mushrooms, broc, cottage cheese + egg)

5.30 - ended out for tea at friends - spaghetti + meatballs (not sw but v tasty)
3 slices garlic bread
Xmas pudd + brandy sauce

Woke up at 5.00am by police (old man next door emergency buzzer went off + he wasn't answering phone. They were on the close + breaking the door down till 6.30am by which time Mark was getting ready for work so no point going back to bed

8.15am - starving

11.40 - Bacon, mushrooms, egg, chopped toms
Lemon muller Greek yog (0.5 syns)

1.45 - peckish so water + another banana
2.50 - still peckish + got headache, so lots of water + frozen grapes

4.30 - whole raw red pepper


6pm - Steak topped with blue cheese (hex a) mushrooms, onions, Aunt Bessie's swede + carrot mash

7.30 - meringue nest (2.5 syns)
