Getting better. Been docs today - got 5 day intensive antibiotics as said got throat + chest infection + inverted ear drum (whatever that means) so hopefully will feel better asap.
Just be glad wen can sleep as spend all night coughing / feel like I'm choking wen I lay down x
 
Sat 8th June - still feel pants but managed to get some sleep last night

Had blip last night + ate loads. Still not well but just going to try and keep going. Its hard getting head back in gear when head hurts lol.

Yes 7.45pm - will be painful lol. Expecting 5lb gain but I have had 4 wk off so totally deserved. Will update after wi :) x

Hi blonde8

Syn free onion chutney

2.5 lb sliced onions
500ml balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp mustard powder
1/3 carton passata
2 cups of sweetener
salt and pepper

simmer all for 2.5 hrs until its thick stirring occasionally then put in steralized jars (makes loads)
 
Was 4lb gain but after 4wk off plan I'm happy with that.
So now 11st 2.5lb - 1 stone to target (I think lol) x

4 mixed salads (couscous, pasta etc)
Will call it 7 syns + hex b olive oil (didn't taste oily at all)

Grilled chicken, stir fry veg + low fat chili noodles
Hm fruit scone (13 syns) Strawberries + squirty cream (2.5 syn) - cant resist mums hm scones ;-)

Total 26 syns (will have less syns for next few days)
