I don't know if this has been discussed before - I'm not sure how to find out what topics have been posted in the past. But it is recommended to eat more slowly, and really savour food.... I have been listening to a well known hypnosis CD telling me this for ages, and it is still one thing I really struggle with! In fact the nicer my food is the quicker I eat it as if I feel guilty for enjoying it, then it is gone.... where if I had taken my time I could have enjoyed it for longer. does this bother anyone else?
