Eating too much????

After trying CD for a while i'm finding getting my head around eating as much as you like of free foods pretty hard.
I'd like your opinion on what i've eaten/ going to be eating today.
Green day.
Breakfast
2 weetabix (HEb) strawberries, banana, grapes, topped with mullerlight.
Lunch
1 sml slice of wholemeal toast, topped with beans, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Dinner
Homemade potato wedges, dry fry egg and beans.
(i know i should have some veg with dinner but its saturday and we usually have a takeaway so anythings better than that)

Is that too much food??

Doesnt sound too much to me at all, I dont do any classes, Im just healthy eating at the mo, but my bezzy mate does SW and really enjoys platefulls.

Its all in the food optimising.

I guess it is hard to get your head round it, but if you have gone straight from SS to SW then you may not lose immediatly untill your body regains some of its glycogen and carbs x

I think the main reason i'm doing SW is to start to be a bit more healthy. I can't stick to ss and the cycle of ss and binging is doing me no favours, so i won't be too disappointed if i don't lose any for the next couple of weeks.

Am having a good day so far - not finding it at all difficult to stick to! :D

I am the same Rayven, I feel like I am eating far too much but it's only free foods that I am eating a lot of. I guess the proof will be at the weigh-in this week! Keep up the good work :)

I guess i've had it programmed into me that to lose weight you have to be hungry and not eat very much. Eating this much and still being told you can lose weight is......strange to say the least!

thats not too much at all.

usually i have a big breakfast after dropping the kids t school which will be, beans, egg, quorn sausages, some leftoverpotatoes (if any left), slice of wholemeal.

lunch is cous cous and cracked pepper quorn fillet

tea is big dish of pasta or rice based dinner.

i also eat loads of fruit inbetween, and muller yoghurts. and drink a fair bit of coke zero.

i was very optimistic when i first started SW.I even told my councellour that i didnt think it would work if i was allowed to eat as much as they told me. BUt..............first WI i had lost 7lbs! And when i weighed myself 2 days ago at home, i have lost another 3! Best diet i have ever been on.

I just find the psychlogy of the diet a bit difficult to get my head round. I'm so used to calorie counting or not eatng very much at all!
