Addicted to Minimins!
After trying CD for a while i'm finding getting my head around eating as much as you like of free foods pretty hard.
I'd like your opinion on what i've eaten/ going to be eating today.
Green day.
Breakfast
2 weetabix (HEb) strawberries, banana, grapes, topped with mullerlight.
Lunch
1 sml slice of wholemeal toast, topped with beans, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Dinner
Homemade potato wedges, dry fry egg and beans.
(i know i should have some veg with dinner but its saturday and we usually have a takeaway so anythings better than that)
Is that too much food??
