You should eat your a's and b's, as this is the main part of the plan..if you dont, then what you have snacked on becomes extra syns instead.
I tend to only have the 1 HeA and the 2 HeBs on both plans and this works for me.

I have the one HeA and thats fine too Huni, so dont worry. If you feel the need to have extra dairy though, you can and still have it within your plan.
