So I think I've got to the phase where my appetite is lessening.. I'm not really hungry at all...

This is a shocker as this barely ever happens to me :p

So whats the deal? Do you have to eat? Or just eat when your hungry!?

I am aware of starvation etc. and don't want my body to think I am starving it, I'm just not hungry!!

shoud still eat. i still get hungry in ketosis around meal times anyway. just make sure you do eat xx

I agree - eat at meal times and you will suddenly feel hungry;) for snacks - just eat when you are hungry!

I have noticed recently my cal count is rather lower than I want(!) as for some reason I have stopped having mims - so sometimes use that to have a nice legal extra snack and enjoy it especially
If you're not hungry, just eat a little less Jennie
