EE - breakfast hash....

    I made this for my tea and its surprisingly tasty.

    Chopped some onions, and some bacon up. Then cubed a peeled potatoe quite small. Put a pan of salted water on to boil.

    Put the potatoes in for 3-4 minutes then drain off. In fry light, fry off the onions, then add the bacon bits, when these are cooked off, add the potatoes and simply saute, keep turning until all are cooked almost crispy - I like mine very crispy!

    I did this with some toast and a dry fried egg.
