syn: Tomato ketchup (1) Quavers (5.5)

no HA yet as I don't eat cheese or drink tea/coffee
 
Hi! I think you've got the basics but you're not having the one third superfree. You didn't have any at breakfast time and ask yourself whether the peppers really took up one third of your plate at lunch and dinner. A bit of variety in your superfree wouldn't go amiss either.

And I'd also suggest you up your syn intake a bit.
