Hi everyone i have decided to post my food diary on here to see if i can get any advice/ tips on how iam doing. Jhave been on EE plan for almost 4 weeks now and loving it. Lost 12lbs in 3 weeks woo hoo got WI 4 on Monday and really want 2lbs off so i get my stone award :)

here goes!

BREAKFAST = 2 x satsumas

LUNCH = 2 egg omelette with 1 x red pepper, onion, chilli, pastrami with side salad ( lettuce, tomato, cucumber, gherkins) fat free salad spray dressing + 1x alpen light bar HE B

DINNER= pasta with quorn meatballs, passata, 2 x peppers, onion, garlic, chilli, 42g mozzerala HE A
+ 1x alpen light bar HE B

SNACKS = 2 x satsumas, apple, grapes , passion fruit, 2x mikado ( 1 syn)
