Okay so day 2 of 3 30 syns remain. I'm doing EE but I've realised there is no meat in my day!

Breakfast
Wholemeal toast (HEXB)
1 x Egg + mushrooms
Tangerine

Lunch
Lettuce + cucumber + pepper + cous cous (1syn) + cottage cheese
Velvet crunch (4 syns)

Dinner
Pasta (60g) pepper + mushroom + onion + 1tbsp pesto sauce (3.5 syns)

Snacks
yogurt + apple + grapes
Banana
4 poppyseed crackers (4 syns) + cheese (HEXA)

Syns used = 12.5
Remaining = 17.5

Exercise
60 mins Zumba
30 mjns toning (situps/lunges etc)
 
Why not make it a green day then and get extra healthy extras? :) x

Both :D think technically for green or red it's 2 HEB and can choose between having 1 or 2 HEA but most people choose both as you are allowed them so might as well.

Cheese on toast is a good option to use them both as is a latte with cereal bar :) x

It looks confusing.:.i thought the same. But it's quite easy to follow! Similar to SF but the foods that are free or low syns (points) are things I like more.


Okay so rest of day

I bought some chicken in sainsburys reduced to 50p so I'll have that with pasta! It was EE after all!
Plus Zumba had made me super hungry lol! If I get hungry later I have some 0 syns homemade soup in fridge.

Watercress, potato, onion, chives and leek!

Breakfast
Omelette - Egg x2, splash milk, cheese (HEXA) onion, pepper; mushroom

Lunch
Sandwich - chicken, lettuce, cucumber, wholemeal bread (HEXB + 5 syns) + banana + tangerine
+ mugshot FREE (only if Hungry during afternoon at work, as sometimes I need the energy for gym)

Dinner
2x Lincolnshire sausage (12 syns) + onion
peas + carrots

Snacks
Yogurt + apple

Syns used 17
Syns remaining 0.5

Exercise
30min run
30 mins cross trainer

Wow that's alot of syns! Do u find the suns go faster than the w/p? I'm surprised u haven't had muller light considering it's free
 
Omg! I've been totally bloated and hungry all day! And yesterday! Thought what's wrong with me! Just checked calendar due on period tomorrow or thur! With holiday etc I forgot it was that time. Anyway I feel better now my appetite is explained.

Thankfully I've stuck to plan! :)

On ww 1pp is 40cals
On SW 1 syn is 20.....kinda

So 15 syns is 7.5pp so it's kinda like ww weeklies! I have to eat at least 5 syns a day!

Muller light is free, but lots of other yogurts are too! I love natural yogurt! I normally mix things in to make it a flavour for free! It's weird there are lots of free things some pasta/noodle mugshots, some pasta n sauce. White noodles/pasta/rice. Like packet uncles vena packet rice is super low. I just need to get used to it! Giving myself a month tho!

Everyone gets the same! Even if you lose weight it's always the same

Between 5- 15 syns a day! Or 105 per week!
 
Do it pretty much equals the same as wp! Syns r for 20 cal but u get double the amount!

Keep up the good work purpled
 
Glad you are enjoying it like you say it sounds far more complicated than it is - after a few days its really easy :)

Eek that's some high syn sausages there's lots of low fat ones for really low syns and some are even free! Makes sense to use them up if you already have them I guess! X
 
I know! Just using them up! There tesco finest, so there the fat ones! Bit of a waste of syns! But never mind.

It's what happens when you let the OH do the shopping! But they taste good! And as long as I stick within my syns I should be okay!

I'm not sure if I'm ill or just having bad time of the month!

I've got a horrible sore throat, tired, stomach ache and I feel sick. So maybe a bit of both mixed together.

Role on 45mins! I'm going home and getting in bed!

Oh no purpled! Sounds a bit like the flu! Try and save some syns for some low fat ice cream to sooth that throat!
