Thursday 21st June Day 1

Breakfast
OSS (5s) made with milk (1/2 HEXA)
Blueberries
Grapes on side

Lunch
Toastie - Brown bread (HEXB + 4s) tuna, red onion, 15g cheese (1/2 HEXA)
+ lettuce + cucumber + pepper

Dinner
Chicken + Pasta bake (6.5s)
Lettuce + cucumber + mushrooms

Snack
Apple
Muller light strawberry yogurt

Total syns = 15.5

Exercise
30 min run
+ maybe more depending on if I feel better!

Decided I'm gonna try stick to 15 syns a day rather than 105 a week! Okay so that's tomorrows menu! Excited for my first full week!

Lol thanks! Typo! My iPhones nuts! It doesn't do what I say lol!

I corrected it! Cheers! I need to do a shop! SW friendly shop! I hate it when the food is low and I have limited choices! Makes things hard! So glad I have a garden or my salad supply would be gone.
 
Woop woop! Lost 0.7lbs which isn't massive but considering the week I've had it's fantastic! Plus it's TOTM

Plus I'm in the 11stones for first time in years!

Right I'm gonna rock this week! Shock my body into what it's missed for past month lol!

Looks like you are enjoying SW so far, good looks good. Have you found you are eating much differently to how you were on WW?

A syn free wonder food worth a try is Asda chickpea dahl - not a single syn and really really yummy.

I heard its free on simply filling too! Not gd it yet but love it! Must go stock up. X

Have just checked my WW "shop" book and it doesn't show as free in there :( Was it on one of the mobile apps?

Yeh someone told me about it and I'm pretty positive I checked and it was free, will check website later to confirm as mobile app doesn't seem to show as much stuff. X

I never knew you did SW! Did you like it? Miss it? I think it's just good following something new for a change as taking my mind off points! As did 6months ww! I like that in SW if your in a rush (as I usually am) that a lot of ready meals recalculate the syns if there is free food in it! For example there is a chicken breast in sauce dish I like at tesco and the ingredients were all SF. On ww it would be 9pp and SW it's 1 (or 2 I can't remember) syns. But other than that there isn't a huge difference.

Cheers for chickpea Dahl advice! Any advice welcome! I work near asda so I'll pop in and have a look! I just looked and it is free SF.

Salmon + cheesy mash (1/2HEXA) + broccoli + salad from the garden + sauce (0.5)

Chilli Velvet Crunch (4 syns)
Graze - Korean Fire Crackers (5syns)

Syns used 13

Hmm so only thing is I use about 100ml skimmed milk on cereal! As don't like milk much! All my hot drinks are black! So I should really have some more HEXA. Not a massive cheese fan either. So gonna have to think how to incorporate cheese or milk in my diet!

+ I have yogurt and cottage cheese in fridge which I will have if I'm hungry!

I've done body pump this evening! Knackered! Tomorrow I may have a day off exercise!
