Breakfast,... two wholemeal bread (small loaf) with poached eggs and tin toms
lunch,... quorn curry with sweetcorn garden peas butter beans, onions, pasata,mushrooms, garlic,
tea,...king prawns and rice noodles, red and yellow peppers and sping onions
syns, ..... low fat jelly with fresh berries, hot choc lite and kitkat....
3ltrs water, 3 green tea, and coffee all day with skim milk.... and yes im stuffed, i hope this is EE..... friendly :)
 
Hi! It looks great, lots of fruit and veg, but just remember that some of them don't count as part of your superfree. Well done!
 
Hard to tell if you are doing this or not as you do not list the quantities, but make sure you remember to include 1/3 superfree veg with each meal. :)
 
im sticking to a 3rd of superfree, and the rest 2/3 from the freefood list, bread as a b and skim milk 350 mls and friut veg inbetween, i guess weigh day will tell, thursday, ive done a food diary for her to check
