EE plan, but did I have an EE day? Unsure. only started this yesterday

I had scrambled egg with milk from hea and beans for breakfast
lunch I had home made tomato soup made with passata, chopped tomatos,
Celery, carrots and onions. And 2 clementines
Dinner I had 2 richmond frozen sausages which on sw site says is 4 syns each
Beans and a load of brocolli
Snacks I had clementines, banana and 2 alpen bars from heb. And a skinny latte.

I am soooo confused! I have checked the slimming world site and with a green day
I believe ur allowed some meat, with ee plan I don't think I've eaten enough meat! Ahhhh!!!
 
breakfast you need superfree mushrooms, tomatoes etc. you do not need to have meat with every meal but you can have meat, fish, potatoes, pasta, rice with 1/3rd of plate being superfree and you had no HEB bread, cereal
 
Ohh okay, missed out the super free with breakie.

On the webite and in the book, it says that alpen light bars x 2 are a HEB?
My healthy extras were my milk and my alpen lights today.
 
tomorrow i plan on having:

scrambled egg with milk from HEA and 2 clementines
pasta with celery, onions, carrots, passata and chopped tomoatos
and
3 x salmon fingers (like wee fish fingers), boiled rice and lots of veg.
and snacks i'll eat some of the pasta left over and my HEB alpen light bars
 
Depends on what type of sausages you had:
GREEN DAY
Richmond, Irish Recipe Thick Sausages, 8 pack, chilled, 57g each 7
Richmond, Irish Recipe Thin Sausages, 8/12 pack, chilled, 27g each 4
Richmond, Irish Recipe Pork Sausages, 16 pack, frozen, 45g each 5½


EXTRA EASY / RED DAY
Richmond, Irish Recipe Thick Sausages, 8 pack, chilled, 57g each 5
Richmond, Irish Recipe Thin Sausages, 8/12 pack, chilled, 27g each 3
Richmond, Irish Recipe Pork Sausages, 16 pack, frozen, 45g each 4
Could be Green day with 8 - 14 syns (depending on the sausage)
or EE day with 8 - 10 syns (again dep on which sausage you had)

To be honest, yes you didn't have superfree with bfast but think you'll be ok :)
