Slimming World from Australia, let's do this!

I did an hour at the gym yesterday and then a 45 min pilates class and I was soooo tired. But it's all worth it because I weighed in this morning and lost another 0.4kg which takes my total loss to 11.2kg (1st 10lb) in 72 days so I am super chuffed with that!

Monday 13th March

B - Carrot Cake baked oats (40g oats (HEB), 1 egg, chobani FF yoghurt, 3/4tbsp Natvia sweetener, mixed spice, cinnamon, ground ginger, 1 carrot)

L - Steamfresh Veg (Broccoli, green beans, sweetcorn & peas) with Quorn Pieces & 1 tbsp Nando's Mild Marinade (0.5syn)

D - Salad (watercress, baby spinach, rocket, chard, beetroot, spring onions, tomatoes) with VLF cottage cheese, 2 poached eggs and 1 Mini Babybel (3 syns)

I had my leaving drinks from work on Friday and drank my body weight in vodka I think :p I'm not used to drinking anymore so it was a bit of a shock to the system and I was quite delicate on Saturday! Serves me right!!

Friday 17th March

Weigh in this morning and another 0.4kg off this week which I am really happy about!

Another hour gym session yesterday followed by a 45 min Pilates class and a total of 1000 cals burnt off. I'm really enjoying the gym!

I start my new job tomorrow which I'm really looking forward to but I'm also really nervous!

Sunday 19th March
