I burnt a huge 1099 calories yesterday doing a combination of walking to and from a training course, then 45 mins at the gym and 45 minutes at pilates. I also got my Silver Body magic award which I am really chuffed about! I have also changed my gym plan around and so I think I am going to aim for 1 hour on Wednesdays and Sundays and then 45 minutes at the gym on Monday followed by pilates. My sister and her husband and my nieces arrive from the UK in just over 4 weeks so I want to try and loose as much weight as possible by then.

I weighed in this morning and I have lost 0.4kg which takes me up to 9.8kg loss (1st 7.6lb) which I am super happy with!

Monday 27th February

B - Carrot Cake baked oats (40g oats (HEB), 1 egg, chobani FF yoghurt, 3/4tbsp Natvia sweetener, mixed spice, cinnamon, ground ginger, 1 carrot)

L - Stir fry (Rice vermicelli noodles, Quorn pieces, Stir fry veg (peppers, babycorn, onion, broccoli, carrot), garlic, chilli, soy sauce - absolutely amazing! I wanted something to tickle the tastebuds and this certainly did!

So I got myself a new permanent job! Woohoo! I am waiting for my official offer letter and then I can give 2 weeks notice and start my new job. I can't wait!!

Tuesday 28th February

I wasn't well at all yesterday, I didn't sleep for most of the night as the room was spinning and I was really dizzy and nauseous so I went to the GP and it turns out that I have an inner ear infection :( No gym for me yesterday but hopefully I should be ok to go tonight!

Huge loss this week of 1kg, taking my total loss to 10.8kg in 65 days! I am going to try and get to 15kg loss and then maybe down to 20kg. I am determined!!

Everyone at home got Domino's pizza on Friday so I made myself Omelette pizza and salad, it cost me 6 syns for the cheese but it was well worth it! They all then had popcorn and sweets afterwards and I sat there eating my bowl of fruit salad (watermelon, grapes and banana),

I went over my syns on Saturday, mainly because I drank a few vodka's but I'd had a mare of a day with my 5 year old and they went down really nicely!! :p
