2 eggs scrambled with 2 slices toast w flora light, ketchup

Cherry mullerlight yoghurt

Total - 1019 cals

Plus dinner -
Garlic cheese naan with half a portion of cheesy chips and Mayo
Cadbury wispa bar

You didn't do that bad really though, so I'm sure you'll not have done too much damage he he good luck for today. I'm getting a really sore throat and can't take anything for it so I hope it'll stop me eating rubbish x
 
I am 1lb up at moment but I have been since Monday so it doesn't seem to have made a difference, gunna try to drink loads til Friday see if i can get a STS x
 
If I can even stay at 1lb gain I'll be happy but don't want more than that, i know baby is putting weight on fast now though so i got to remember it's not fat going on x

Just had a small breakfast cus it's nearly 11am and will be having lunch in an hour or so x

2 warburtons sandwich thins with floralight and tuna Mayo

Half a BBQ chicken pizza, alphabet potato shapes, mayo
2 x pepsi max

Snack - 365 cals
Blueberry muffin with clotted cream

Total - 2018 cals

I'm scared every week now to weigh in cus it's never good anymore but I just keep thinking end is near now and not to give up and pig out haha, I think maybe last week before section I will let myself eat whatever before I have to diet again haha x
 
At the end of the day I keep reminding myself I lost 4 and a half stone after my first so no reason I can't do it again and I'll have a beautiful baby at the end of it x
 
I must admit I was surprised how well I did, don't get me wrong it was hard work but easier I think than if I was losing that before baby weight x
 
I'll be 32 week on Friday, I'll have 7 week til section on Friday so if I do put on another 10-12lb I will still only be about 7lb over pre pregnancy x
 
Just had lunch tuna sandwiches, will have a snack and a glass of milk after I've had my little nap now lol, undecided on tea, either BBQ chicken wraps or pasta bake will see what I can be bothered making later haha x
 
Still need to eat something else to make up calories don't know what though will have something when I watch obem I think haha x
