Personally I don't think it is important towards the end, by then you'll have a rough idea of the heaviest you'd get if anything. I think if I didn't concentrate on my food intake from the beginning it would spiral out of control like the first time. I've still put on nearly 2 stone but I don't feel or look anywhere near as bad as last time I don't think x
 
That's what I think I've done my bit now even if I gained 10lbs in next 3/4 weeks I'd still pretty much walk out of hospital around pre preg weight so it's not really a problem, and I'll be on a lot stricter diet when the babies born so may as well enjoy myself and have a few treats now while I still got an excuse!
Still going to write my food down though so I don't go overboard and will probably still calorie count about half the time just so I know I'm being sensible! 35 weeks pregnant and can still button my jeans. Got to be something to be smug about eh xx

Yeah that's great, I'd love to be able to do that, I'm still comfortably in the next size up so I'm sure I'll be okay in this size for another 10 weeks x
 
Felt like crap today! Ate rubbish too, counted up my cals just to see what was going on because I knew I was under, going to force myself to have abit of toast or I'm going to feel worse in the morning cus I'll have even less energy!

Cus I lost 16lbs at first with my sickness I've actually bought my maternity clothes in size down so they would fit lol, I spend so much time looking at clothes at the moment though can't wait to give myself a make over after babies here I just feel like a big fat slob all the time now! x

Yeah me too, I know it's different losing baby weight but I can't wait to see my new weight after baby and set myself a new target for weight to lose. I'm sure you look great, your bound to feel a bit blurh towards the end :) x
 
That's good its healing okay Cas, how are your girls? Are they better? Is Hollie still feeding okay? x
 
Cas how are you with everyday sort of things like going up and down stairs or getting in bath etc how long does it take to be alright doing that? My mum said worse thing for her was lifting kettle up when it was full or getting things out the oven.

I'm not gunna buy many clothes til I've lost abit, just looking forward to going getting new make up, hair done, goin on sun bed haha x

Hollie feeds ok, sometimes she takes a good feed on the breast and other times she wants her bottle, thinking about expressing! The girls are ok Maisie just got bad nappies at the moment going have to take her bk to drs they want to test her stools, hows ur mum doing now?

Most things im fine to do its mainly lifting Maisie that I can't do and lifting heavey things but im ok doing normal stuff its just the first few days its painful getting up and down stairs and in the bath, sometimes in the mornings when I get up it hurts but once I get going and taken some pain killers im ok, think my iron levels are bit low im been bleeding abit today probably need to slow down had a long nap with hollie this afternoon really needed it. At the moment I got this pain in my side and my ribs so can't eat much so im relying on chocolate to keep my energy levels up so probably won't be losing much weight x

I want to lose another stone before I start buying new clothes wud like to lose 2 stone altogether, hoping to get my hair done next wkend x
 
I think il have about 2 stone to lose after baby,
That's what I'm worried bout with jess I won't be able to pick him up, been practicing him walking up and down stairs on his own recently thought it might make it easier on me x

I think I want to lose a couple of stone after birth too before I think about buying new clothes. My mum's okay I think, hasn't really said anything, were pretty much just sitting and waiting :( I always think you feel fresher when you've had your hair cut, and you might lose more inches in the beginning instead of so many pounds, do you measure yourself? x
 
I keep meaning to get a tape measure. I need to do it before I start diet so I can see what I'm losing as I seem to change shape rather than lose weight fast x
 
Maisie can go up and down the stairs but she likes us to pick her up coming down but I what I do now with her if oh is not there, is hold her hand and count the steps as we going down she loves numbers. My hair really needs doing if I get that done I feel alot better and we got friends coming over the weekend to see the baby so hoping my hair dresser can fit me in x

I haven't measured myself I might try that, think ive lost a few more pounds yay I do personally find its alot easier to lose baby weight than dieting normally x
 
That's what he's like I'm just tryna get him abit more confident x

Trying to make sure I eat enough today with yesterday being so low but not much in, need to do an online shop I think!
