Oh Im finding dieting really hard, cant wait for our weightloss thread! there's no way I cud stick to sw especially as im feeding and craving for sweets things so trying to count calories this wk and will probably try and do ww. Hope ur ok and good luck for pre op tomorrow. Hollie is 4 wks today and I had her weighed and she's 8.6lb now x

Hope ur ok Teri, as ur hubby had any luck wiv job hunting x
 
Can't believe it's been 4 weeks already Cas it goes so fast! 1 week tomorrow for me! Trying to have healthier day today!

Breakfast - 311 cals
2x weetabix w ss milk and sugar
Small glass of apple juice

Snacks - 394 cals
Sandwich thin w flora and light dairylea cheese slice
Chocolate coconut cupcake
Sugar free strawberry volvic
2 galaxy minstrels

Lunch/dinner - 816 cals
Small portion chips and gravy and a sausage

Snacks - 985 cals
2x double cheeseburgers from McDonald's
Half a medium coke

Total - 2509 cals

It was okay just got my tablets and spoke to few people and they had talks and that it seems so close now, having McDonald's for tea I'm at my mums so taking LO there, not sure what to have though x
 
So not having McDonald's having chippy! Oh well only one week left it can't do that much damage! x

I just had MacDonalds too, we were out buying lo his main birthday present and we were starving so took lo there. Had my meal was so hungry I went back up and got a double cheeseburger :-/ lol x
 
Oasis what's ur name hun ? R u finding u r hungry hungry hungry at the mo I'm not stopped eating and had a big growth spurt so I'm putting it down to that u not weighing my self it depresses me x
 
It's Teri x I'm hungry all the time but I managed to snack on lot's of fruit so I did well that week I had loads lost 3lb but for last two weeks I'm constantly hungry. Gained 4lb last week, god knows about tomorrow. I really want to try too be good next week, but I'm not going to get too wound up about it xx
 
2509 cals today!! Just over 200cals over but to be fair I don't think in all the time I've been counting that I've ever gone over so once wont hurt! Prob won't help weigh in tomorrow though n feel well bloated now!!!
 
2lb gain my own fault though eating like a pig yesterday!!

38 weeks pregnant total gain is 13lbs so on track for 1stone target! This week will be easier on myself. Enjoy my last week and have treats etc still calorie count but if I go over I go over x

Bought that karamel sutra Ben and jerrys and apple pie flavor Ben and jerrys too cus they were on offer thought id have some treats over this week! Bought myself some cheesecakes too lol and cookies x

Think I'm Gunna have a pitta pizza w potato skins for tea, not made my own pizza for a while so will see how it turns out lol!
 
I just bought some karamel sutra too, can't wait to try it. Been quite good today had Indian's for tea but I could only manage half for now, might keep the rest for lunch tomorrow and have some ice cream for desert :) x
 
1718 cals yesterday! So made up for weigh in and I'm down 1lb this morning but I won't change official weight!
Woke up with LO and DH cold :( blocked nose, sore throat and horrible vibrating sound in my ear that won't go away! Feel horrid!

So decided to point my food just to see how many points I'm having! Not following a certain amount of points im staying with cals but just want to see how many points I have cus I'll be going back on ww in a few weeks, shocked how high my breakfast was, though it was pretty big and if I was on ww now I wouldn't have had the cheese and only one sandwich thin and sweetener in tea so it would've been 9pp not 17pp then! Wonder how much my tub of Ben and jerrys will be hahaha x
 
Tea is going to be later on as only just had lunch will be having chicken Kiev, jacket potato and cauliflower cheese yum can't wait and got my Ben and jerrys or cheesecake for later x
