I don't know yet only been doing it since Monday, aiming for 2000-2300 a day, which is right for pregnancy, I'm just adding them up in a notebook x
 
So updated

1789 cals plus about 200 for twirl bites so about 1989cals not too bad
Going to lunch tomorrow with my sister and dad so will be eating small for breakfast, and DH out in evening so will be small dinner too x
 
Im not aiming to lose either, I do think it's bad really unless your really big to lose weight in pregnancy, you do need it to have a healthy baby and to keep yourself healthy too x
 
how would u track calories when you have a jacket potato or use potatoes for sw chips etc?
i would like to try calorie counting but i No what i like i would end up missing out the odd sugar etc ha
 
There is cals on the back of a bag of potatos think it's about 200cals per 250g of raw potato so just weigh what you use before you cook, I weighed all the potato I used in potato hash last night then just worked out my portion out of the pot same with mince etc I just worked out the calories for everything I put in pot last night and then divided it by 5 for my portion x

Breakfast - 177cals

Small bowl of frosties w ss milk
Blackcurrant squash

Lunch - 928cals
Half tuna melt baguette, handful of chips, 3 onion rings, mayo, 1 pint of coke

Snack - 200cals
Large skinny decaff caramel latte from costa

Dinner - 697cals
Cheese micro pizza, micro chips, Mayo

Total - 2002cals :)

has yoir weight maintained doing that cas?
i was trying to stick to sw at beginning but i wud do well then come the evening i wud go over syns so fought it wd b betta countin cals
 
Well ive only started properly this wk I was doing sw but im the same as you I go way over on syns and dont really enjoy the free food my baby not keen on veg it makes me feel sick, but most of time I probably eat about 2000-2200 calories and ive not gained alot in this pg and im 34 wks today I did gain abit in jan during cold weather but lost it again last mth so, ive only gained 3lbs but im running around all day after my 2 yr old and I do alot of walking when I feel up to it x
 
my bmi is about 27 now. i have put tracked my calories in that fitness pal app today.its good if you type in what you had it comes up with exact cals.
i am going to track hot drinks etc coz if i have a coffee i have sugar
its exciting to see how many cals left for goodies haha
on fitness pal it says i can hve 2200 cals i thiNk that a bit much
 
My bmi about 30 now it was about 28 at my lowest in pregnancy. Weigh in tomorrow, tried to go for healthiest thing at lunch and proud of myself cus I could've had a massive burger etc and didnt have no dessert,

Won't be having tea til late when go home with DH, at my sisters now,

So cals for today are 1305, just got home really not hungry but feel like I should eat something because that's quite low!
 
ive just realised i said yours was low hun and just checked my fitness oal andive only had 1194 today. going to have a sandwich and crisps i thiNk
 
You deffo need more than that, I forgot to get bread while I was out so think I'll have to have a micropizza or something, x
 
So having micropizza microchips and Mayo 697cals so that takes me up to 2002cals which is great x
