I'd love Chinese but mil is treating us too one tomorrow night so don't think I should have two in a row, although the portions from our Indians is massive so it'd just go to waste and pizza is way worse so I'm not sure! Might just get some spare rib's and chips we will see :) x
 
So cals today where

Total = 1095 cals

Then for dinner I had -
Half a cheese garlic naan
Half cheesy chips
1/3 tub of korma sauce
2 glasses of coke

No idea how many calories that will be but I doubt I will have gone over, regretting it now though cus iv got bad heartburn, bloody horrible!
 
Becca I weight the potato and on my fitness pal type potato in loads come up I think 100g is 93 cals I normally go for a 300 g jacket with the sw chips weight all ur potatoes and the fry light I wouldn't worry about putting in as that's such low cal isn't it x U can build a recipe section on there like yesterday I made a pizza I brought the plain base put that in then the tomato sauce for base then sweet corn ham cheese mushroom peppers cheese the pizza was like 800 cal oops but it was nice thou lol x add me on there hun xxxjessiexxx we could help each other out x

Yoo strawberry split pot yoghurt
Coffee 1 sugar

Lunch - 527 cals
Sausage and egg sandwich from the sandwich shop

Snacks - 218 cals
2 glasses sprite

Dinner - 582 cals
Creamy tomato and cheese pasta bake

Snack - 216 cals
Cadbury flake dessert

Total = 1750 cals

I've had to guess the sandwich off looking at average values and adding extra on for the oil in frying x

Got quite a few cals left after dinner, got a chocolate bar in cupboard so will probably have that and I'm going my friends later I think so might end up eating choc or something there too x

I'm knackered now cba moving just walked to my friends tonight half an hour uphill that tired me out abit then come home and scrubbed all downstairs cus Inlaws are coming tomorrow, hips are killing now!

Mashed potatoes, garden peas, carrots, 3 Yorkshire puddings, gravy

Supper - 263cals
Readybrek w sugar and ss milk
Blackcurrant squash

Total = 2138 cals

If I want something later got more than enough to have something x

Well today not been too bad just deciding whether to have something else to eat as abit peckish now!
 
Done well today, within cals and I'm quite happy with last couple of days I normally go mad on weekends, hope it shows at weigh in on friday, shopping coming tomorrow so will have snack stuff again then, finding calorie counting easy and easy to keep track of I do like pro pointing but nice to have a change will probably go back to pointing when I've had baby x
 
Mrs s I'm soooo with u on this one I will pp when I have had her in the summer il prob start August let my body recover for 4 weeks x
 
I think I'll have about 4 week off too, you don't need to be dieting when your so knackered and just given birth lol x
 
If I feel ready before then I will start earlier but wanna give myself a max time limit before I start my birthday in September and I wanna look nice for that x

Not a great breakfast but was waiting for shopping to arrive so didn't have much choice as had no milk of bread! It's arrived now though so rest of day will be better,
My mum and sister are coming for tea so think we will have pizzas tonight x

I didn't bf but I carried on eating crap with my LO and actually gained more weight lol. I had gained loads and loads though hoping that this time I will be at pre pregnancy weight at very least by my birthday, at the moment iv only put on 5lbs so at the rate I'm going it won't be a problem x
 
Just made a cheats welsh rarebit (grated cheese, Mayo and mustard mixed together)

Quite a big snack but I was really hungry and thought it was better having something proper rather than 500cals of chocolate x
 
Pizza night went well I didn't go mad and stayed in cals, I will prob have a chocolate bar or something later so will take me to higher end of cals today but last few days have been low x
