Eeeek

Been really craving it all day haha don't know why don't normally bother me we usually have cake bars in for DH dinner and LO but I never want them haha x

Breakfast - 264 cals
2x Weetabix w sprinkle of sugar and ss milk
Sprite zero

Lunch - 615 cals
Jacket potato w floralight, baked beans and grated cheese
Sprite zero

Dinner - 875 cals
BBQ chicken pizza, curly fries, mayo,
Coke zero

Snack - 230 cals
Twirl

Total = 1984 cals

1754 cals after dinner... Have a twirl in the cupboard so might have that when im watching OBEM :)
 
So total today was 1984 cals. It's close enough to 2000 I suppose. Think I'll be having lunch out tomorrow with my friend so will have to try and be healthy! She's on ww anyway so don't think it will be too hard to be good haha x

I hardly ate any of my food because it wasn't nice so I've just put a third of the cals on I didn't even eat that though
Few bites chicken burger, few chips, pepsi max

Snack - 776 cals
Large decaff skinny caramel latte, slice of lemon cake

Dinner - 651 cals
2 eggs, chips, 1 small slice bread w floralight
Coke zero

Total = 2341 cals.

Stupidly had a slice of lemon cake with my coffee, just looked at the calories and it's 576cals a slice plus 200 for the coffee! Well I won't be making that mistake again!!

Probably will only eat light for tea, DH at college and I'm not hungry at all yet x
 
2341 cals total today! Slightly over but was under yesterday so suppose it all evens out!
Weigh in tomorrow I think I've gained at least what I lost last week x
 
Weigh in shows I STS this week, don't know how as yesterday morning scales said I gained 2lbs lol

Having a day off from calorie counting but still gonna write food down, but having a treat day x

So total gain at 30 weeks is 5lbs! Can't complain at that x

Medium skinny decaff caramel latte at costa, 2 marshmallows

Lunch -
Chicken and bacon carbonara, 1 slice of garlic ciabatta (ate about half as was a huge portion) small coke

Snack -
Mint aero
Coke zero

Dinner -
2 eggs and 2 toast w flora light and ketchup, coke zero

Snack -
Treacle tart and double cream

It was nice, went for lunch with DH and it was dead relaxing without LO not had a break for a long time kept looking round for the pram haha!

Not got out of bed yet had a nice lie in just deciding what to have for breakfast/lunch lol
 
Shes offered to have him til tomorrow too! It's nice having chance to sit down, just cleaned all kitchen, and walked into village to meet DH from work, tired now as it's all steep uphill on the way back!
Yeah she's going to have him when I have baby, she lives a few towns from me so it's not often she has him now but he loves staying there,
Decided not to calorie count today as we have another free night decides to get a takeaway, won't be too bad though and still will write diary x

None (lie-in)

Snack - 218 cals
500ml Bottle of sprite

Lunch - 568 cals
2 slices toast w butter, 1/2 tin spaghetti and sausages, sprinkle cheese

Total - 786 cals

Will be having a takeaway later but not counting cals on that x
 
Had tuna sweetcorn and pineapple pizza, half chips and cheese, half a wispa and 1 finger of twirl not counted but oh well, will deff be counting tomorrow x
 
Sounds nice. We had pizza would like a little bit of ice cream before day 1 tomorrow back on track but I doubt I'll manage it x
