Oh I love creme egg icecream hehe, sooo nice! Iv not had ice-cream for ages might get myself some with the shopping for a treat
 
Right I'm determined to have a good day today, going to go for a walk with DH shortly and get some bits for lunch/ dinner as shopping doesn't arrive til tomorrow! x

Chicken breast with a cheese and herb crumb, mashed potatoes, carrots, garden peas, ketchup
Pepsi max

Snack - 266 cals
Dried apricots
1 slice toast w cadburys philli

Supper - 264 cals
2 Weetabix w ss milk and sprinkle of sugar

So plan for today is fruit and yoghurt for breakfast, eggs and toast for lunch and chicken and veg for dinner, try and have a healthy day after Friday and sat being off x
 
Doing well so far stuck to plan for the day and been for a walk so done abit of exercise lol, looking forward to tea should be nice x
 
1754 cals so far! Been good and had healthy snacks etc, might treat myself to a twirl to get my cals to 2000 lol x
 
Just having Weetabix for supper before bed,
Total comes in at 2200cals today, I have eaten pretty healthy though just been really hungry! Going to aim for 2000 tomorrow x

Trying to make an effort to eat more fruit and veg, I've been doing well with he calorie counting but noticed that alot of what I eat is still unhealthy so going to try abit harder to eat healthier foods now, suppose I need to start getting used to it for diet time anyway lol x
 
So 956cals so far, think I've done good so far today, just dinner now and evening snacks, think it will be early night though cus I had a bad nights sleep last night!

Just had lunch, bit higher than usual for this time of day but I fancied tuna Mayo and don't have it often, think I'll do sausage and mash for tea, can't really think of anything else to do, we've got spicy chicken burritos for tomorrow really looking forward to that x
 
Ah see I can eat loads of fruit but I don't eat any Veg during week except Sunday lunch and I have quite a bit. I like Veg I'm just too lazy to cook it I'm terrible x
