Eeeek

2lbs gain so total gain is 9lbs at 33weeks

I know it's good really and it deffo is compared to what I gained last time but I hate seeing scales go up! Can't wait for them to start going down again! I'm really struggling with motivation the last couple of weeks I don't know what it is, I start the day out well and end up eating rubbish by the end!

Feel abit better now just been on my pregnancy app and it says baby will be over 4lbs now and it also said average weight gain for 33 weeks is 28-33lbs and I've only gained 9lbs so I'm not doing bad it's less than a third of average x

It says about 7lbs so your deff gunna walk out lighter! Are you nervous? Does it hurt? I font know what to expect I'm not nervous about operation just that it will hurt after x

Im not worried about the operation itself just worried about being nervous before hand and the setting up of operation especially the spinial it never works straight away on me, for me the worst part was being so thirsty and feeling sick but once ur lying down its fine over really quickly. You dont feel much pain till the spinal wears off and they offer you alot pain relief it wasnt that bad after my first section it was more painful last time but I think cos I had a bigger baby and the scar was bigger so hoping I dont have another 9lb baby, 7lb ish wud be lovely xx

Update When I weighed in again at more normal time I weigh in I had only gained 1lb so decided to count as 8lbs total gain

Cas I had spinal to get stitched up with LO so I know the feeling of legs going numb etc think that's why I'm not too bothered about that x

Your be fine then wiv me it takes along time for spinial to work, you dont feel anything during section just bit tugging but it don't hurt your numb from your chest down wards, the baby is out within 15 mins, it takes abit longer to be sewed up afterwards and then ur in recovery having ur baby laying next to you, my hospital partners aren't allowed in recovery wiv you x

I'm not sure what happens with regard to partners etc I'll have to ask at appointment, I remember feeling of spinal and it wasn't bad for me my legs where going as I was turning to lie down so that had to help me lol my hospital seems to be quite good with requests etc better than hosp I had LO in anyway, I know partners allowed 8am-8pm where at my old hosp they could only come at normal visiting times x

Good visiting hrs for dads then at my hospital visiting hrs for dads is between 9am and 12.30 then 2-10 pm other visitors are allowed in between 2pm-8pm, when I had my sections partners wasnt allowed in theatre till after the spinal and I was lying down, it mite be worth finding out how it all works at your hospital, im starting to feel abit dizzy got a few stomach cramps hoping it pass in minute think baby starting to move down x

It was rubbish visiting too there 10.30 - 12 and 4.30-7 not fair for dads that I don't think! I have consultant on 20th April so will write everything down to ask I think!

Eek hope you not going into labour early! X

They said if I do go in to labour need an emergency section but if i get there and im more than 7cm then there talk me through normal birth, I think my hospital is rubbish really cos once im out recovery my oh got wait till 2 pm before his allowed to see the baby and I wont be able look after the baby im going have to keep asking for help as you can't move or anything for a little while x

Omg will you have to do normal labour if past 7cm?. I wouldn't be happy with that not having my hubby in, hubby is allowed in recovery with me luckily if I have a section but I don't think hospitals are very fair if they don't, what harm can it do? x

My consultant said I will get an emergency section unless I am ready for pushing, that is really bad you would think at least on first day they could stay with you, with me I had him at 4 went to theatre til 7 and dh was left in recovery room with LO while I was in theatre then he went at 10pm and I went upto post natal about 11pm x
