1995 cals and it's only tea time and it's Saturday night, I know I'm gunna end up eating loads and going over tonight but then I think well iv under eaten pretty much all week so one bad day won't hurt too much x
 
you need a treat night at least once a week hun and you habe been doing fab with you weight.
i always have a treat night on a sat and try to be bit better through the week.
 
Well I made way too much for tea and left loads so I've adjusted calories had 1730 now which is better means I can have some chocolate or whatever later x
 
Good morning, I'm having a day off today, still going to do diary though but not calorie counting!! I want to eat chocolate today without having to count and it's only one day! :)

Sunday 8th April 2012

Breakfast -
Cup of tea one sugar, some of LO thorntons white chocolate sheep (no more than a small milky bars worth!)

Lunch -
Sandwich thin w flora, ready salted crisps and mayo
Half a small milky bar Easter egg
2x glasses of sprite zero

Dinner -
Chicken chow mein, (about half the noodles, couple pieces of chicken and most of the veg out of it) 1 chicken ball,just under half a small portion of fried rice, 1 piece of prawn toast, bit of sweet and sour sauce, handful of prawn crackers
Pepsi max

Snacks -
Half a cadburys Easter egg
Small pack of thorntons white choc buttons
Pepsi max

Good for you :) I'm looking forward to an easter egg today too, just enjoy it. Your so close now and done so well it won't do any harm x
 
Thanks, that's what I thought, you can't enjoy it if you worrying about the calories can you! Only one day and I've been under cals everyday for more than a week so it won't hurt x
 
I've been quite bad since last few days, I haven't eaten loads but what I have eaten was convenience foods, quick and unhealthy as we've been doing a lot of work in the house, I'm hoping all the extra energy I've been using has burnt up some extra calories x
 
I've been the same what I've been eating is crap basically but it's cus were saving up so been trying to cut food shipping down abit etc and not been buying as much salad fresh fruit etc, once babies born im going to change all our diet, dh wants to fit back in his suit that he had for our wedding, to wear at his sisters cus it was expensive and he can't fasten it now lol, thinking of doing slimming world as its more healthy eating I can make the food for all of us not just me x
 
Yeah I'd definitely recommended it, the thing I find most useful is your always full and don't feel like dieting, so it helps you get on and not be thinking your ivory all the time. Later I'm making chilli and bolognaise to freeze in batches for next couple weeks as I'm getting to tired and sore with my spd to stand and cook at night x
 
That's a good idea I keep thinking of doing it but I'm funny with frozen food, we end up having pasta or pizza so much just cus it's easy to chuck in the oven I used to be more adventurous with what we had but I can't be bothered at the moment even when I buy things to make something nice it ends up going off and in the bin!
 
I'm thinking of trying slim fast or something similar for first few weeks I start diet just to kick start then move on to something more long term x
 
Having takeaway tonight either pizza or Chinese, really cba cooking been in bed all day not too well,
Iv not counted cals but I know they will be on the low side so takeaway won't be a problem, only had a crisp butty and a bit of chocolate x
 
I have a feeling we'll be having Chinese for tea, I've done loads of normal housework today, just made a huge pan of chilli and a huge pan of bolognaise to freeze, got 3 lots of washing to put away, change the bed and loadsa paperwork to do, mil is here too and we had Sunday lunch at 2 so might split 2 Chinese's 3 ways x
 
Gunna order in a minute, chicken chow mein, sweet and sour chicken balls, fried rice and prawn toast shared between me and dh lol x he will have a lot more than me though x
 
Had my Chinese don't think I did too bad at all didnt eat much fried things etc, will be eating some more choc before bed though haha then back to calorie counting tomorrow, I dont think I've gone over cals at all today anyway but nice to have a day off were don't have to weigh portions or count everything :) feeling refreshed now and ready to do well tomorrow x
