Eeek, weighed today!

I started a low carb diet on Saturday as I have a lot of weight to lose. Stood on the scales today (wish I had on Saturday) and I weigh at least a stone more than I thought I did.

Decided to low carb but have been eating some fruit. After stepping on the scales I am going to be stricter with my self!

I have some orlistat at home but I assume that's a bad idea when low carbing as fat is needed?

Pills put another load on the liver.
Why not go purely Low Carb High Fat with Intermittant Fasting.
Good Sleep I find loses me the most weight.
I only eat between 12.00 midday and 18.00 and just drink fluids inbetween.
I'm 6lbs down in 2 weeks and eating ordinary foods
That's very low carb, medium protein and high fat.

^agreed! I've been doing Keto which is low carb high fat and it's been working out well for me.
Just started orlistat Does any one have any meal plans they can give examples of what your eating new to this and really don't want side effects as I go to gym three times a week, terriffied some would happen!!!! I am lable look but finding myself starving and not sure if I'm doing it all right
