Okay... we have been set a rota at home which means one night a week I have to cook. Now I live with my boyfriend and his family and his two younger siblings are a nightmare when it comes to food. I would want to cook something like grilled chicken and loads of veg with maybe a bit of rice but I can see lots of noses being turned up at it.

Anyone have any idea of quick and easy meals that are also healthy, low calorie but still be 'kids standard.' lol

Individual pizza's on pitta or naan u could just make urs more healthy usig a squarish wrap or one of other low calorie pozza recipes on here

Ohh thats a good idea. Do you toast the Pitta bread before you put them in the oven? Or does it just all go in as one?

My son loves the chicken tikka recipe off the Heinz tomato soup I just use fry light instead of the butter and I think it only comes to about 600 cals a serving or Schwartz do a bacon and mushroom tagliatellie mix that I add bacon too an they seem to like that too :)
