Eep, healthy extra allinson bread - reassurance please!

I've been getting 400g allinson wholemeal loaf for my HEB bread, in my 2005 book this is down with it's branded name as being 2 slices for a HEB choice.

However, I've just used it for making the breadcrumbs for the Cod Mornay recipe in the last SW magazine and it seems to have made a HUGE amount of breadcrumbs lol I only used 4 slices as I wanted to make two servings with two pieces of fish each so it would be quite filling just with red day free veg.

Have I got it right? I'm worrying rather than the 400g loaf being smaller it's just more like half a 800g loaf with the same size slices lol

Ah is that right? They didn't have the 800g ones in my shop to compare with lol I'll stick with it then for now, I'm not keen on nimble or ww bread.

weight watchers do a wholemeal 400g toastie loaf.........and it aint bad at all........and u get 2 decent slices with that........
