Egg Fried Rice Ingredients:- Boil in the Bag Rice Spring Onions Peas Mushrooms 2 Eggs Ginger Method:- Boil the rice - 1 bag between 2 People, don’t over boil. Leave to cool while preparing the other ingredients. In a wok or another large pan and add the finely chopped spring onions, peas and mushrooms. Spray with fry light and cook gently. Empty one bag of rice into the pan one at a time and sprinkle with the ginger until the rice is covered, repeat until you've emptied all the bags of rice. In another pan and add the eggs, fry gently until they set. Add this to the rice along with the spring onion mix, stir altogether and serve.
