Eggs fried in oil

    Hi all,

    I have had a couple of fried eggs for tea and instead of using frylite I used a tiny bit of olive oil,any idea what i should syn it as???

    extra virgin olive oil can either be used as a heb ( 1 tbsp) or 6 syns.

    No I'm sure fried eggs are only 1/2 syn each as they don't absorb oil if drained!

    Nah, no need to count the oil as a HEX. :)

    Eggs fried in oil are half a Syn each on all plans.
