cool, my BMI is 24.5, so cant do ss or ss+ any more, im 1.5lb away from my goal, but want to be a little under it to compensate for when glycogen piles back in!
Ive been doing 810 for 3 days, and was thinking maybe a couple of weeks on it then up to 1000? is that about right? im guessing i'll still loose a little on 1000 anyway? Its all a bit confusing!

Be on it for as long as you feel comfortable. Some of the girls on here have said the losses are still good on 810. So maybe you can lose that extra bit you mentioned to compensate for any gain that might happen as you work back up the plans.
