Eggs on ss????

I'm on ss at the mo is it gunna b really bad if I had 2 eggs instead of a shake?? Plz help x

2 eggs are allowed on ss+ it wont do much damage just having 2 eggs but i would not have it instead of a shake you need all 3 products a day to get all the daily vits and minerals so if ja feel you need something extra after the shake egg is a good option =)

Wouldn't have it INSTEAD of a shake at all, and you would be having an SS+ day by having eggs, not SS. x

Personally i'd avoid it, whats the point? If you're going to do it, do it properly.
My CDC said coke zero is allowed, 1 a day.. but i'd rather be strict with myself, i've had no fizzy drinks nor carbs for 3 months!

Ok googled it and apparently it's not white fish - it's oily like salmon
