Breakfast - crumpet

Lunch - Ham 1 slice
lettuce

bread roll - H/B
250mls semi skimmed milk - H/A
Dinner - stir fry veg
chicken
chilli
snack - rich tea biscuits x 2
syns - crumpet - 3
flora - 0.5
2 x rich tea biscuits 4
