Right, ok, back into the swing of things, really need to sort it out.

Tuesday 22nd May

Breakfast
Toasted cheese sandwich (hexs) with marmite and a banana

Lunch
Weird picky random lunch of leftovers etc.: some tuna, a few mushrooms, a pear, a 0% fat total greek yoghurt and some ham

Dinner
Tuna chowder in the slow cooker, 3 syns for my portion due to flour and skimmed milk

Now I'm going to put my syns for sunday and yesterday at around 50 as I've been bad and I don't want to risk not including it - I think it's a fairish estimate.

Wednesday 23rd May

Breakfast
Cheese on toast (hexs) with tabasco
Some mushrooms (obsessed with them atm)

Mid-morning nibbles
Melon and grapes

Lunch
Two eggs, a tomato, two more mushrooms and two rashers of bacon, fat removed, fried in fry light

Dinner
Beef and veg stew from extra easy book (2 syns for my portion)
Potato salad from book (2 more syns)

Not proud of it but I'm also willing to own up to the fact that I had wine this evening again. Yes, it's bad, yes I regret it but to be honest it's happened now and no point beating myself up about it. 26 syns.
