Attack ellies dukan diary part 1

6 days of attack (should lose 5lbs)

Day 1
B- WW toffee yogurt (all i had in the fridge as spur of the moment to start) black coffee
L- 1 egg 1 egg white omlette, black coffee
AS- muller light vanilla yoghurt 1.5 tbs oatbran
D- chicken breast & cottage cheese
Water 2 litres
lost 2lbs

Day 2
B- muller light toffee yoghurt 1.5 tbs oatbran, black coffee
L- 1 egg 1 egg white scrambled with smoked salmon, black coffee
AS- fat free vanilla yoghurt
D- Turkey burgers & cottage cheese
Water 2 litres
lost 3lbs :D

Today will be harder as im off up to new house (old farmhouse Im renovating) with no cooking equipment in it LOL will take my george forman grill with me and try and take all i will need with me for meals

Day 3

B- vanilla oatbran porridge black coffee
L- I made a dukan friendly tuna quiche ate 1/2 today black coffee
S- ff vanilla yoghurt
D- chicken breast & cottage cheese
2 litres of water

Day 4 can't weigh in as no scales here
B- muller light vanilla yoghurt 1.5 tbs oatbran black coffee
Mm- black coffee
L- tuna quiche black coffee
As- ff vanilla yoghurt
D- steak & cottage cheese
2 litres of water
In the way of exercise I've demolished the kitchen & done 2 hours grass mowing that's on top of the 3 hours I did yesterday and still 1/3 of the lawn to go ... Must get a ride on mower lol

Day 5

Mid afternoon- yoghurt
Dinner- ham boiled eggs & cottage cheese

B- black coffee cinnamon gallette & vanilla yoghurt
L- scrambled eggs (1 whole & 1 white) smoked salmon
AS- yoghurt
D- venison burgers cottage cheese
2 litres water

I am liking the ideas ellie, sounds good and a good kick start to my DD :)

PS. Keep up the good work, and the ride on lawn mower will be no good!!! think of all the exercise your getting :D

beleive me i need the ride on mower for the garden and roadside verges as I have anouther 22 acres of grass & 6 horses to look after... i get lots of exercise without having to spend around 10 hours just mowing the lawns lol
