I guess I've been slacking a little bit lately and could really do with kick starting back on the SW plan... so I thought I'd start a food diary on here as well for some extra motivation.

Here's to hoping it works!

EXTRA EASY

Breakfast


Mullerlight yogurt and kiwi (free).

Lunch


Pasta with sugar snap peas, sweetcorn, red pepper, onion and sweet chilli chicken (free).

Dinner


KFC style chicken breast (HE), chips and coleslaw (est. 3 syns)
Options Choc/Hazelnut mixed with greek 0% fat yoghurt (2 syns)
Options Choc/Hazelnut hot chocolate (2 syns)

Total syns - 7

Vegetable soup with 2 slices of bread (HE).

Dinner

Pasta bolognase with left over soup in the sauce (1/2 syn for tomato puree) and cheese (HE).
Slice of cake (2 syns)

Breakfast

1 Sausage, 1 Slice of Bacon, 1 Egg, 1 Slice of Toast (1 syn HE), Spoonful of Baked Beans (HE) and mushrooms.

Lunch

Yogurt and melon.

Dinner

SW KFC style chicken with salad and coleslaw (2 syns) - also added a few spoonfuls of savoury rice and 2 onion bhajis.
Strawberries and muller light.

Do you think? I do normally eat a little bit more but I've not been feeling great for the last week (probably due to the cold weather) so I've not had quite as much of an appetite! I shall try and up it a little bit :) Thanks.

yep i agree,doesnt look like you are eating much at all!
i have a food diary too if you want to take a peek.....im always eating so it seems.

EXTRA EASY

Breakfast

Weetabix with milk (2 HE) - lots of grapes.

Lunch

Jacket potato with tuna and a big salad and a hot chocolate (very very naughty but was almost frozen!).

Snack

Nestle crunch bar - 8.5 syns.

Dinner

Not even sure yet.

I took my Nan and OH to see Deal or No Deal today - was stood in the freezing cold for an hour having had 2 hours sleep and ended up getting a hot chocolate and mini marshmallows! Avoided cream though which is a small bonus I suppose. Also had a bar of chocolate today which isn't a good idea but I feel awful, planning a trip to the doctors. Might have to skip dinner and go straight to bed!

Yeah looks like it! Silly weather. I've got an ear infection apparently but should be all cleared up soon. :)

I got both HE in my cereal yesterday! Did extra easy so I only got 2 :( Do need to eat more fruit though.
