    Monday 25 Jan

    Breakfast: Pommergranite seeds and strawberry mullerlight

    Lunch: Tuna Salad made from Tuna in brine, lettuce, rocket, cucumber, spring onion and peppers

    Dinner: Chicken Omlette made from skinless chicken and 3 eggs

    Snacks: mullerlight, fruit

    Syns: 0 syns

    Red Day
    Tuesday 26 Jan

    Breakfast: Blackberries and cranberry

    Lunch: Tuna salad (as before)

    Snacks: Grapes

    Dinner: Skinless chicken wrapped in back bacon (with fat removed) and stuffed with 2 x dairylee light cheese triangles. Served with roasted butternut squash

    Snacks: Fruit, a few tablesoons of fat free fromage frais

    Syns: 0 syns

    Red Day
    Wednesday 27 Jan

    Breakfast: Cherry mullerlight, pomegranite

    Lunch: Tuna salad (as before)

    Dinner: Roast chicken with roasted veg

    Snacks: TBC

    Hi emma, good luck on your sw plan, I have been reading your menu for the past few days, are you looking for any suggestions as I noticed you dont seem to be eating your Hea's or b's. Are you filling in a food diary ??

    Its not normally recommended you also dont eat at least 5 syns.
