Emma's (PinkToaster) Food Diary!

Maybe that's another reason why I failed to lose anything this week. That's amazing... I've got weetabix now so I'm good, but thanks so much for letting me know that.
 
I'll fill in today so far.
2 weetabix with 100ml semi skim. 1 tsp sugar. (1 syn)
Boiled potatoes with light super noodles and 2 quorn sausages.
1 28g danish (5 syns)
 
Today so far...

2 weetabix with 150ml semi skim
Quorn ham sandwich with 2 slices wholemeal and 1/2 tbsp salad cream, (1 1/4) carrot sticks, and home made crisps with fry light.
Mince, tinned tomatoes and sweetcorn with rice.
2 Quorn picnic balls. (Bites?) 2 syns
Half a jar of pickled beetroot. (lol)
Mini Milk. 1 1/2 syns

I just ate a bunch of chocolate fingers so I don't see the point in updating.
 
Like half a packet.

I've decided to start again tomorrow. I've bought some wholemeal nimble (400g) so I know that it's right for HexB. I've bought some alpen light bars. I will try another week and see what happens. I'm just so bummed I didn't lose anything my first week, it would have given me the push to keep going.

1/4 pack Jade noodles - around 1 syn.

1 small sweet popcorn at the cinema - I don't know. Help?

Sunday:
Quorn family roast, spagetti hoops, mashed potato and swede, carrots - free

Jade noodles - 2 1/2 syns
Quorn roma vine fillet - 1/2 syns

4 alpen bars - hexB

3 syns

Sounda good mandi. Do you just need to lose that 2 stone or is that just your first goal?

Here's today's intake, although I might have more. Just wanna update while it's fresh.

4 Alpen bars - Hex B (P.S when I say 4 Alpen bars, I don't mean I pigged out on them, I mean I ate them slowly over the course of the morning, as a breakfast/midmorning snack)

2 slices white Nimble, Quorn chicken slices, orange. 5 syns

Omelette, Super Noodles chicken and herb, sweetcorn - free

2 slices white Nimble, Quorn chicken slices, half tbsp salad cream lettuce and cucumber, orange. 6 1/4 syns

11 1/4 syns so far.

fruit salad

cooked chicken and ham as a mid afternoon snack + fruit

Yesterdays food diary

Green day
2x nimble bread toasted (hexB) 2 fried eggs in frylight

mug shot and muller light for lunch

snack :- 4 ryvita rye ( hexB) with cottage cheese with cheese and chive

Homemade rissotto with quorn sausages topped with cheese (hexA)

plus milk (hexA) for tea and coffee

2 vodka and cokes for sins (10)

Lunch :- chicken tikka + ham salad with cheese and chive cottage cheese extra light mayo (1.5 sins)
shape longer lasting yoghurt

snack :- fruit

4 x ryvita rye (hexB) with ham tomatoe and cheese (hexA)

1.5 sins for day (saving up for the bottle of wine tomorrow) lol x

Brekkie :- 1xgranary roll (hexB) BBQ chicken muller light

Snack :- homemade fruit salad + shape long last yoghurt

sins 4 glasses of wine (20 sins) saved from the week

Lunch:- chicken tikka 4 ryvita rye (hexb) onion chive cottage cheese

Dinner:- chicken and veg omellette with cheese (hexA)

alot of chicken i know lol but it was all nice lol x

That's it, but towards the end of the day a cold set in, so I wasn't hungry.
