Here goes, mainly for me to keep track. I've put on 5lbs in a week... hmm. hoping it's water but hopefully if it goes bad again I may be able to see why.

Exercised quite a bit last week, but i know it's not muscle gain :)

Following Extra Easy plan, I cook for the whole family.

Felt very sick this morning - I suffer from anxiety which make me have a really bad stomach.

Breakfast - non

Lunch - 2 no fat fried eggs (cooked on silicone sheet), slice of turkey, lots of gherkins and beetroot.

Dinner - SW KFC (wholemeal bread from HEX), SW wedges, sweetcorn and mixed salad. 1 tablespoon ketchup (1syn), 1 tablespoon extra light mayo (1 syn)

Afters - Nectarine, mullerlight, choc cereal bar mixed in (4 syns)

other: Options hot choc (2 syns)

If anyone sees something I shouldn't be doing do shout out :giveup:

And I'm always hungry (most probably emotional hunger, i'm working on that)

Yesterdays food

Breakfast - non

lunch - 2 non fat fried eggs, lots of beetroot, cucumber, olives (1.5 syns)

dinner - bacon, onion and tomato baked potatoes with lots of carrots

extras - options hot choc (2 syns)

dinner - SW sloppy joes wholemeal roll - (hex), side salad, SW wedges. banana and muller light

extras - pint of lager (10 syns - 10!!!!!! really)
french fries (4.5 syns)
