Ok, it's not going to take me over my 1000 calories, but after eating it I realised what a total waste it was: 100 calories, a moment to scoff it, got nowt out of it.
Thinking about it I'm glad I ate it now, not for the seconds of yummyness, but I think that it might be a turning point as far as future snack-avoidance goes
