    Oat so simple HEb and HEa
    1 mug of black coffee

    1 banana

    Jacket potato, beans and cheese HEa

    Boiled Egg

    SW Chips ham and cheese omlette HEb and 6 syns for cheese

    3 glasses of water

    will be having Muller yoghurt and some grapes later

    I know there isnot much in the way of veg or salad.. its been difficult today as I have been out and about and really busy, but I will be making up for that tomorrow

    2 weetabix with banana HEa & HEb

    Mug of Tea

    3 x boiled eggs with 4 ryvitas and 2 laughing cow triangles

    Gammon steak (all fat taken off) chopped and fried (in frylite) with peppers tomatoes and mushroom.. served with a pasta and sauce (extra easy plan) Not sure if that is right.. felt wrong but ummmm........

    Mullerlight yog

    I know I know its only 1pm and look !!!!

    But I have not smoked, nor wanted to!!! or even sniffed all the chocolate that is still in the fridge!!! :D
