Ok, so basically im a newbie to this,sw, and diets in general... All iv really tried before has been calorie counting...of which id never really stuck to, would always end up getting fed up and binging!
so im really looking forward to SW, although for now im relying on recipies and free food lists from online, not officially joined a club yet as im at college, and on a tight budget!! So trying by myself until next month.
Any advice from anybody would be great!! Im 13 stone aiming to get to 10st.
