Thanks for your replies and encouragement, I started my TOTM on Tuesday too and I noticed a post saying it affects the weight loss, decreasing it, but I still managed a stone so a real incentive to carry on, just hope it doesn't affect this coming week too much.
I can't believe I have actually managed a week, I usually have no will power at all, it's hardest in the evening for about an hour when I'm preparing my daughters dinner, but it soon passes. I'm determined not to mess it up for the sake of a few crisps or biscuits, if I'm going to mess up it will be for something really nice like a Waitrose meal, which will be a half hour drive to get to, and it seems to keep me from lapsing also the fact I felt so ill for the first 3 days and I don't want to go through that again. I'm trying to take it week by week (day by day really)
