Hi, i have just started back on the sw plan yesterday and joined the gym today. i have gained 1st 7lbs in the last 4 months by comfort eating :sigh:, but i decided this week that i am going to make a real effort to get back in shape and loose the weight. Last year was a tough year as i lost my father and also found out my daughter who is expecting her 1st baby in march, has been told the baby has spina bifida which is of the worst kind. :tear_drop: I am determined to get myself back in shape to help my daughter and grandchild. I have done sw before and think its a great plan.
