End of day 6 - finding it hard.

Hi there... I'm just at the end of day 6 and finding it difficult to do this. I have moments where I'm really close to just grabbing a bite of... anything! lol... I've been 100% so far and I know I'll have lost something by Friday, my WI day... But it's tough.

Hi Brian, just finished day 6 like you and am finding the same, not because I'm hungry, but because its a habit to eat! I think its our bodies trying to trick us into storing yet more fat! Wait for your weigh in on Friday and that will motivate you loads - had mine today at day 6 and have lost 10lbs (and FOUR inches off my waist) :bliss:
That has certainly given me the push I need to stick to this. Going to do rest of measurements tomorrow, but I can't believe how much my shape has changed in a week :D :D
We can do this!

Keep going Brian, you're almost at weigh in day! That first result will spur you on so much and make this all worth it.

You're doing a great job so just stay strong and remember why you are doing this. This diet really is the best and the weight will drop off you if you continue 100%.

Good luck for Friday weigh in and I can't wait to see your result!

aww hun just stay strong for your weigh in!!! 1 more sleep. :) (i work in a school and thats how im counting the days till summer hols) ;)

some people take longer to get into total ketosis but just remember why you decided to do this diet!!! the body is really clever and doesnt want to lose the fat stores so the brain is making you think of food so you will eat.
