End of the first week

OMG I'm so chuffed that the end of my first week has arrived after wanting to give in every other day. My body doesn't react very well to Red days, strange I know but my emotions seem to change so much on a red day that I either :cry: or rant. No one else in my group has had this experience so I'm feeling like it's a problem with me.

I don't want to quit loosing weight but on red days I'm ready to give in but hopefully after the success at last nights weigh in of -3lb I'm sticking to it. :D Kept working myself up to beleieve I hadn't lost anything even asked the scales lady if it was the truth, she said she didn't lie.

Now plowing into week 2 feeling better:party0049:

Well done, If red days don't agree with you then why don't you opt for more green days? or try extra easy and limit the amount of meat you eat??
