Just a quick question, we had the day off work yesterday so the family had a day out, we went shopping, the cinema and then bowling and had a super day!

But today i just feel so achy!

Its an effort to do anything at the moment.

So have i done too much? or is this just a side effect sometimes of CD?

    Hope it doesnt last!

    xx

i get the same after working at the pub on weekends, its just when you do a bit more than normal you might get a bit fatigued...drink lots of water, and have a nice quiet day!

I am permanantly knackered!! I did CD before and felt the same way all the way through (3 months). This is my 5th week now and I am tired all the time. I can't be bothered to do anything!
