Have lost nearly 3stone since my Daughter was born and would really like to be rid of the last stone and a half.

I am so very sick of dieting. I want to eat well and feel better as well as lose weight.

Today is my third day and I am starting in OWL. Getting a crash course in atkins eating tonight from two friends who has amazing success with this WOE.

So starting weight was 12st 8lbs. Will see what a difference a week makes.

Thank you all. I had an interview this morning so all stressy now.

Am going to have a go at coconut coated chicken tonight for dinner.
 
Struggling this morning. I am anxious aboth the job so I'm craving. Not good.

Need a nice creamy coffee I think.

Had a sneeky peek on scales and 3 lbs off since Sunday!
 
Not been hungry at all today.

Had a protein and berry smoothie for breakfast

An egg mayo salad with cheese at lunch

No apetite for dinner though. Is this normal?
 
Yup, ketosis takes away appetite. Try and have a little something if you can though.
 
Measured myself today in inches. B 41 W37 H41

Todays menu is

L bacon, eggs, blackpudding

D chicken stuffed with cream cheese wrapped in bacon and brocolli

Going to have a wee glass of champagne or wine to celbrate new job.
 
Make sure you count the carbs in the pudding - surprisingly carb heavy!

OMG a glass and a half of moet and I' m wasted!!!!

Carbs came in at 27 g today. So not too bad considering...

3lbs off so now 12st 6! Yoday is housework and a walk with the kids.

I am planning out my menus for the next couple of days. I still can't believe I get to eat like this! I'm going to make Italian Hunter' s stew ans get out my River Cottage Veg book.

Still adjusting and making the odd mistake but I am trying to get it right.

I think lunches will be my biggest challenge especially in Sept when I start my new job and lunch os provided so no real choice. That said if I lose 1lbs a week then I'll be at goal by then.
