Hello! I am starting this diary as I have no willpower at the moment and I need something that will give me some structure (hopefully!)
Discover is the only 'diet' that I've been able to stick to in the past and I trust it 100% which is probably why!
I will be having 18 points and am starting tomorrow at 11st 4lbs with a goal weight of 9st 8lbs (so 24lbs to lose!!)
